Tastings   Ce Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune has a beautiful dark garnet colour.

The nose is very powerful on violet notes.

The palate is rich and aromatic (green blackcurrant) with tannins that are present but coated.

A nice Burgundy red !

Food-wine pairings To enjoy as an aperitif with charcuterie, terrine and red meat.
